Lesly Adams’ passion for representing employees ignited from her experience as a Union leader at United Airlines, where she represented flight attendants in contract matters and grievance hearings. While primarily focusing on the plaintiff’s side of employment law, Lesly is well-versed in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour matters, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Lesly has also successfully represented hundreds of terminated employees at the Employment Development Department Appeal hearings in addition to representing employees with unpaid wage claims at Settlement Conferences as well as Berman hearings before the California Labor Commissioner.
Lesly has volunteered as a mediator for North County Lifeline and as an advocate for domestic violence victims through the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Lesly remains active in the San Diego legal community as a Board of Director for the North County Bar Association, as a member of San Diego Lawyers Club, and as the Membership Committee Chairperson of the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inn of Court.
