Lesly Adams’ passion for representing employees sprung from her experience as a Union leader at United Airlines, where she represented flight attendants in contract matters and grievance hearings. While primarily focusing on the plaintiff’s side of employment law, Lesly is well-versed in all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and wage/hour matters. Lesly also regularly represents employees at EDD Appeal hearings and reviews and negotiates severance and employment agreements. Lesly is approachable and takes a special interest in each of her clients.
Lesly has previously volunteered as a mediator for North County Lifeline and as an advocate for domestic violence victims through the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Lesly stays very active in the San Diego legal community as a member of San Diego Lawyers Club, San Diego County Bar Association, North County Bar Association (Gold Sustaining Member), and is currently the Membership Committee Chairperson of the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inn of Court.
When not at the office, Lesly enjoys traveling, learning languages, reading and Jazzercising. Lesly has been a Jazzercise instructor since August 2001.
