Susan Curran

Susan Curran is a trial attorney who has been working in different areas of general civil law, labor and employment law, among other areas of business law, and has represented a wide variety of clients in private practice in many aspects of business and civil litigation, ranging from individuals to large corporations. Susan's practice history has included hundreds of cases in various federal and state courts at trial as well as in alternative settings such as arbitration, mediation, and state administrative proceedings including the California Labor Commissioner.

Susan is very active in the legal community and an active member of the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inn of Court where she also serves on the Executive Committee. She has served as Director on the Board of the North County Bar Association for three years as well as numerous committees such as Youth in Court. In 2017, Susan received the President's Award from the North County Bar Association. In 2018, she received Attorney of the Year from the North County Bar Association. Susan currently serves as the Co-Chairperson for the North County Bar's Civil Litigation section where she has set up programs for the legal community such as the North County Judges Panel and an Evidence Seminar. She has assisted dozens of businesses/companies with their legal concerns as well as provided educational seminars to small businesses regarding employment practices.
